How did Bitboyz get started?

Bitboyz LLC was founded by IT consultant Jeff Dennis with a vision of creating a full-service IT firm that could provide it’s customers with not only best in class technology consulting and web design/development services but also first class customer care.  

What is our philosophy?

We want to deliver the highest quality service to each and every client no matter what their IT needs. Rather than traditional advertising the focus of our growth model is based on word of mouth referrals. This means we also recognize that our client's complete satisfaction is the only way we can continue to meet our goals and grow as a successful IT support provider from coast to coast.

About The Owner

Jeff Dennis has been working as a trusted IT consultant/advisor for 10+ years in the Greater Cleveland Ohio area.  He performed IT work for hundreds of companies such as Home Depot, Cisco, Cole National, Things Remembered, Greater Cleveland RTA, AmTrust and many other small to medium local and national organizations.

Jeff worked for his first 6+ years as an IT consultant where he worked on a wide range of projects from infrastructure, cross-platform integration to web development and design. He also spent over 5 years of his career as an IT manager working in the advertising industry where he was able to harness his skills in marketing, communication and customer service as well as work with national and international Brands on web marketing, newsletters and web development.

A+, Network+, Server+, Linux+, Apple Certified Desktop Technician, Apple Certified Technical Consultant, Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Novell Engineer
